1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PilotStream ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PilotStream provides a live video streaming API platform including SRT ingest, HLS delivery, broadcast management, webhook notifications, and related developer tools.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Transmit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Exceed your plan's usage limits without upgrading

5. Content Responsibility

You retain ownership of all content you stream through the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights. PilotStream does not monitor content but reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Billing and Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly. Payments are processed through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions. Enterprise plans include specific SLA commitments as agreed separately.

8. API Usage

API access is subject to rate limits and usage quotas defined by your plan. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access for excessive or abusive usage.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process data as described therein.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PilotStream and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PilotStream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
